Getting Started
All sessions at Passion For Pilates are Private one-on-one sessions, Semi-Private two-on-one sessions and Trios three-on-one sessions which include both the matwork and equipment.
We suggest that you come in for a Private session so that we can assess and introduce you to the STOTT PILATES method. You will also be introduced to STOTT PILATES 5 Basic Principles which are the basis for the technique. These principles are incorporated into all the exercises in the repertoire. Your instructor will then be able to advise and design a plan personalized for you. Whether you just want to try it out or for a change in your routine, pilates may be the way to go.
What to wear? What to bring?
We are fully equipped studio so there is no need to bring anything other than yourself. You should wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Layers are suggested. Pilates is done in socks or bare feet. No outside shoes allowed in the studio at any time. You can bring a bottle of water.
Be ready to sweat and have a good time.
