We specialize in Private and Semi-Private Pilates Sessions. All Sessions incorporate Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and various pieces of small equipment. Each session is 55 minutes and is usually booked on the hour. The professional equipment that we house at Passion For Pilates is top of the line from STOTT PILATES, which is also the method incorporate in our fabulous workouts. The STOTT PILATES method incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, with the exercises designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints, placing more emphasis on scapular stabilization.
